2. Look at the surface of parts that are qualified in appearance. The printed or cast characters and marks are clear and regular, with a certain degree of precision and a shiny finish. When purchasing, if you find that the parts have rust spots, or the rubber parts are cracked and lose elasticity, or there are obvious lathe lines on the surface of the journal, you should return them.
3. Look at the paint. Illegal merchants simply process waste parts, such as dismantling, assembling, assembling, putting together, painting, etc., and then pretend to be "qualified products". After removing the surface paint, you can find the old paint.
4. Look at the poor workmanship. Sometimes the appearance of the product is good, but due to the poor workmanship, it is prone to cracks, sand holes, slag inclusions, burrs or bruises. If the cylinder gasket is extruded and deformed, it is easy to cause lax sealing and ablation during use, resulting in oil leakage, air leakage and water leakage.
5. Look at "loose" accessories composed of two or more parts. The parts are formed by pressing, gluing or welding, and no loosening is allowed.
6. Look at the assembly mark In order to ensure that the assembly relationship of the accessories meets the technical requirements, some regular parts are engraved with assembly marks on the surface, such as timing gear marks, piston top marks and other assembly marks, to ensure that the parts are installed correctly. If there is no mark or mark If it is fuzzy, it cannot be recognized, which will bring great difficulties to assembly, or even wrong installation.
7. Check for omissions. The normal assembly components are complete and intact, so as to ensure smooth loading and normal operation. Some small parts on the assembly are missing, which may be "parallel imports", which will easily cause difficulties in loading. There may even be a shortage of individual small parts, causing the entire assembly to be scrapped.
8. Look at the protective layer. In order to facilitate storage and prevent parts from being bumped, there is a protective layer before the parts leave the factory. For example, piston pins and bearing bushes are protected with paraffin wax; piston rings and cylinder liners are coated with anti-rust oil and wrapped in wrapping paper; valves, pistons, etc. are soaked in anti-rust oil and packaged in plastic bags. If you find that the sealing sleeve is damaged, the wrapping paper is lost, or the anti-rust oil or paraffin is lost when purchasing, you should return it.
9. Look at the certificates. Some important components, especially assemblies, such as carburetors, distributors, generators, etc., generally come with instructions and certificates when they leave the factory to guide users in installation, use and maintenance.
10. Look at the specifications Most auto parts have specified models and technical parameters. When purchasing electrical equipment, you should pay attention to check whether the voltage and power of the replaced parts are consistent.
